SMS Consent & Messaging Information

At Ppol Network, we prioritize user transparency and privacy. This page clearly explains how SMS/text messaging consent is collected, what types of messages we send, and how users can manage their preferences.

1. How Users Provide SMS Consent

Users provide explicit consent for SMS/text messaging during registration in both our mobile application and web platform.

The consent checkbox shown during registration displays the following text:

“I agree to receive SMS/text messages from Ppol Network regarding ride updates, account alerts, and promotional offers. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

This checkbox is mandatory and not pre-selected. Users cannot create an account unless they voluntarily check the box to confirm consent.
