7. Intellectual Property All content, branding, software, and intellectual property associated with the Platform are owned by PPOL Network Corp and may not be used, reproduced, or modified without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. PPOL Network Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion.
