1. Policy Statement
PPOL Network has a zero tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers while using the PPOL platform.

Any driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing substances while providing services through PPOL will be immediately deactivated from the platform.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all drivers operating on the PPOL Network platform, including but not limited to:

  • Active trips
  • En route to pick up a passenger
  • Waiting in staging or airport holding areas
  • Any time the driver is online and available for trips

3. Prohibited Conduct

Drivers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol
  • Operating a vehicle while under the influence of illegal drugs
  • Operating a vehicle while impaired by prescription or over-the-counter medication
  • Possessing open containers of alcohol while online
  • Using any substance that may impair safe driving

4. Reporting a Concern

Passengers or third parties may report suspected alcohol or drug use by a driver through any of the following methods:

  • In-app safety or support feature
  • Email: support@ppolnetwork.com

Reports may be submitted anonymously.


5. Immediate Action

Upon receipt of a report alleging alcohol or drug use:

  • The driver will be immediately deactivated from the PPOL platform
  • Any active or pending trips will be cancelled
  • The incident will be logged for review

Immediate deactivation is a precautionary measure and does not require prior confirmation.


6. Investigation

PPOL will conduct a review of the incident, which may include:

  • Review of trip data and logs
  • Review of communications and reports
  • Request for additional information from the driver

PPOL reserves the right to determine the appropriate outcome based on the investigation.


7. Driver Status After Investigation

Following the investigation:

  • The driver may remain permanently deactivated
  • The driver may be reinstated at PPOL’s sole discretion
  • PPOL is not obligated to reinstate any driver

Reinstatement, if any, is not guaranteed.


8. Non-Retaliation PPOL strictly prohibits retaliation against any passenger or individual who reports suspected alcohol or drug use in good faith.


9. Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:

  • Immediate deactivation
  • Permanent removal from the platform
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law


10. Acknowledgment

Drivers must acknowledge and accept this Zero Tolerance Policy in order to access or continue using the PPOL platform.


11. Updates to This Policy

PPOL reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
